Our co-founder and Business Development Director, Meenal Sambre has more than two decades in Corporate and Investment banking for Tier one banks in UK. Meenal has advised on financing for private equity led acquisitions, management buy outs, business expansion, start-ups and small and medium enterprises. She has substantial experience advising and raising debt and equity for a range of early-stage and SME businesses ranging from $5m to $300m mainly in real estate, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, and technology. From her banking career, Meenal brings trusted partnerships and connections with a number of HNIs, family offices and seasoned businesses, she carries very good reputation among senior financial services professionals specialising in different sectors. Meenal holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is also part of leadership team of UK chapter of ICAI and is very popular among c. 500 UK based members of ICAI. She is fluent in Hindi and English and brings a blend of Indo-British culture to the team.
